Instructions
|
1. |
1. Cut two 12x12 sheets of cardstock down to 8.5x11,
saving the
leftover pieces. Cut, score and fold each 8.5x11 piece into two
4.25 x
5.5" card bases.
|
2. |
2. Cut the leftover pieces from each 12x12 sheet into
3.5 x 4.75 pieces
which will nest on top of each card base.
|
3. |
3. Using the Cuttlebug Script Texture embossing folder,
emboss each 3.5
x 4.75" piece.
|
4. |
4. Carefully brush each piece of embossed paper with
the Versamark ink
pad. The goal is to ink just the raised embossing so that it is
slightly darker than the lower level. Adhere each embossed piece
into
place on front of cards.
|
5. |
5. Using the last remaining pieces leftover from you
paper, cut Vintage
corners for each card. If you are careful, you will have enough
to make
corners for all four cards! Adhere in place.
|
6. |
6. Make a stock pile of multiple colors of these easy
card bases. They
are ready for the addition of almost any accessory that will
personalize the card and lend it a theme. Try a simple phrase, dried
flowers, a chipboard letter, stickers or even just a piece of ribbon.
This is definitely card making made simple!!
