Non-Smear Pastels on Wood Frame By Katie and Corrie Reising For more information visit:
Materials Needed
	Wood frame
	Stencil from The Stencil Collection
	Non-Smear Pastels - The Stencil Collection
	Family and forever embellishment
	ribbon
	photo 2x4
	stencil brush or cotton ball applicator

Instructions
1.	Start out by using stencil and purple Non Smear Pastels. Apply with cotton ball applicator. Keep moving stencil to create border effect.
2.	Use purple Non-Smear Pastel around edge of inside square.
3.	Place ribbon through embellishments and glue to back of wood.
4.	Place picture in middle of fame.
