Make card from cardstock.

Cover card front with patterned paper strips; sand edges. Cut cardstock with decorative-edge scissors; adhere to card. Adhere trim.

Apply sentiment rub-on to cardstock; trim and adhere with foam tape.

Emboss adhesive dots (see “Adhesive Dots Embossing Technique”); let cool and adhere to card.
Designer Tips
- To coat adhesive dots evenly, try gently pressing them into a mound of embossing powder.
- If you prefer, you can adhere the dots to the card and then emboss them, but the dots keep their shape better if embossed before adhering.

- Coat strip of adhesive dots with embossing powder.
- Heat set until powder is shiny; let cool. Adhere to project.
