Everyone loves to receive a gift!  What new mother wouldn’t love to have one of these Word Albums already prepared for photos of her new baby.

Materials Needed:
  • Elmer’s® Craftbond™ Spray Adhesive
  • Elmer’s® Craftbond™ Tacky Glue
  • Elmer’s® Craftbond™ Fabric and Paper Glue
  • Elmer’s® Craftbond™ Extra Strength Glue Stick
  • X-ACTO® Knife
  • Painters Fine tip markers – White and Red
  • Painters Chisel tip marker - White
  • Painters Color Cutter™  Red
  • Chipboard Word Album – Baby (Bo Bunny)
  • Clear Acrylic Album same size as chipboard album (Close to my Heart)
  • Assorted, coordinating 12” x 12” scrapbook papers and ribbon (Bo Bunny)
  • Lace Paper
  • Silk Flower Embellishments
  • Clear Acrylic Letters
  • Foam brush (to spread glue)
Instructions:

1.  Color all the edges of each chipboard album page with the white, chisel tip marker.

2.  Evenly cover the surface of one side of each chipboard album page with fabric and paper glue using a sponge brush.  Press patterned paper onto the surface, smoothing from the center outwards.  Let dry then trim away excess paper with X-ACTO knife.  Repeat for other side.

3.  Pages can be embellished in a number of different ways.  I added additional acrylic album pages between the chipboard pages then embellished the pages as follows:

Cover:  Adhere strip of ribbon with fabric glue.  Use clear acrylic letters to add a name to the ribbon.  Color tops of letters with a Painter marker.  (See photo.)

Page 2 and 3:  Using two sided paper (pink on one side, green n the other), cut a strip using the red color cutter marker.  Adhere to the acrylic page with spray adhesive.  Note:  Spray adhesive does not show on opposite side.

Page 4:  Adhere lace paper to one side of acrylic with spray adhesive.

Page 5:  Adhere pink paper to one side of acrylic with spray adhesive.  Use white Painter marker to add flourishes, or title to opposite side.

Assemble the album using rings provided.  Embellish rings with ribbon if desired.  All that remains is to add photos!

Happy Crafting!
