Instructions:

1. Layer and attach patterned and solid cardstock to a piece of clear acrylic. Die-cut Square, Ornate #2 or use a template to cut out the desired shape.
2. Set paper weight to Cardstock Medium and size to 6". Cut 7 Petal Layered Flower out of two different colors of paper. Reset the size of the Flower to 3.5" and cut again. Layer the Flower together and add a button in the center tied with twine. Add white pen to the petals for added detail.
3. Set paper weight to Cardstock Medium and size to 2.75 ". Cut Leaf #2 two times and sand edges for a distressed look.
4. Tie a piece of ribbon around the base and tie in a bow. Attach the finished Flowers and Leaves to the acrylic base overlapping the ribbon.
5. Set paper weight to Vinyl and size to 3.5". Cut Phrase, Happy Birthday out of the vinyl. Attach Happy Birthday Phrase to acrylic base.
6. Punch holes in the top corners of the acrylic base. Thread ribbon through and tie in knots. Finish the project by adding a decorative stick pin.
