“Patriotic

Materials
Needed
Fiskars paper trimmer
Fiskars Celestial 3 in 1 punch
Fiskars clear mounting stickers
Red, white, and blue cardstock
Gold cord
Instructions
1.
Cut a piece of white cardstock 4.5 x 9 and fold in
half to form a square card.
2.
Cut four 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inch squares out of red cardstock
and four more out of blue cardstock.
3.
Cut all of the squares in half corner-to-corner to
form triangles.
4.
Using the 3 in 1 star punch, punch the top of each
triangle.
5.
Place two triangles of each color together, alternate
the colors and form a square with the stars in the center.
6.
Apply the clear mounting stickers to the back of
the squares to hold them together.
7.
Repeat step 4 and 5 for a total of four red and blue
squares.
8.
With squares together punch one corner of each square
with the 3 in 1 celestial punch star design.
9.
Adhere all four squares, stars in the center, to
the top of the white square card. See example for patter layout.
10.
Cut two lengths of thin gold cord approx. 11 inches
in length. Wrap the cord around the card as shown in the example.
Tie a square knot and trip the ends.
