Instructions
Measure
and cut the following:
• Print paper vertical strip: 11-3/4”x 1-3/4”
• Red vertical strip: 12” x 2”
• White vertical strip: 12” x 2-3/4”
• Title strip: 8” x 1-1/2”
• Journaling block: 3-1/4” x 1-3/4”
• Red mat for journaling: 3-1/2” x 1-3/4”
1.
Begin with dark blue as the base. Layer print
paper strip on red cardstock strip. Mount both on white cardstock
strip that has been edged with leaf border punch. Mount the three
strips on the left side of the dark blue cardstock.
2.
Mount title strip onto red cardstock title mat and
mount along top of blue paper, slightly to the right.
3.
Mount photos on white cardstock that has been cut
with deckle paper edgers. Mount photo and white cardstock on red
cardstock that has been cut slightly larger with deckle paper edgers.
4.
Mount photo unit #3 at lower right hand side of blue
paper.
5.
Mount photo unit #2 to upper left of unit #3 and
over lap slightly. Unit #2 is adhered with foam tape.
6.
Mount photo unit #1 to upper right of unit #2 and
overlap slightly. Unit #1 is adhered with foam tape.
7.
Buttons are mounted to upper portion of vertical
strip with foam tape.
8.
Mount white slide mount onto blue paper with foam
tape and position patriotic hat in center of slide mount and adhere
with foam tape.
9.
Mount journaling block to red cardstock journaling
mat with foam tape. Position at bottom left of blue paper.
