Use stabilized fabric or fabric paper
to create a different style of scrapbook page.
Materials
Needed
12' x 12" Cardstock - Burgundy
12" x 12" Fabric paper (Floral
and Gingham) - K and Company
1/4" Hole Hand Punch - Fiskars
Nested Squares Templates - Fiskars
Appliqué Creator Shape Cutter
and Heart Template - Fiskars
Craft Mat - Fiskars
Buttons
Fibers
Craft Adhesive Press'N Place - 3M
Instructions
1.
Use Appliqué Creator and nested squares template
to cut 4 squares with square openings from fabric paper (2 floral
and 2 gingham). Note: Cut inside square first then outside square.
Cut two heart shapes from the center of the small inside gingham
squares.
2.
Referring to photograph, adhere square fabric paper
frames to background paper on top of photos and journaling, or title
blocks. Punch holes in adjacent corners of fabric squares. Tie together
with fiber. Embellish with fabric hearts and buttons. Leftover scrap
squares are place in the center as shown.
