| Instructions |
| 1. |
Cut a 11/2" wide strip of patterned paper
the length of the page. Cut circles of different sizes from two
patterned papers and coordinating card stock. Cut a 51/4x71/4"
photo mat from white card stock. Ink the edges of all cut pieces
to add depth.

Add the strip of patterned paper to the left side
of the page. Layer the circles on top, allowing those cut from patterned
paper to run off the edge. Trim away the excess on the sides. Attach
the matted photo with adhesive foam to give it height. |

Apply the rub-on phrase to the card stock circle.
Use a clear-drying liquid adhesive to attach the colored watch crystals
along the edges of the circles, tucking some underneath the photo.
Add strips of typed or handwritten journaling, inking the edges
of the strips before attaching. |
