Directions:
Party Hat:
1) Use the GlueArts GGPRO to adhere the paper together forming the cone for the hat. You can add the decorative stripe before or after using the GGPRO.
2) Next adhere the various punches using the PRO, adding some with the U Cut It Foam to give height and dimension. Finish off with the felt ball. Use an Adhesive Square to adhere the ball and then adhere to hat.
3) Use scissors to cut long cuts into the crepe paper cutting off a small bit of the folded end to create fringe. Fold in bottom end where stapled. Adhere together with an Adhesive Squares. Fold other end in and adhere with Adhesive Square. Scrunch the crepe ends and set into the top of the hat.
Tip: This is a great kids craft! The Extreme Squares are designed to adhere to fabric, canvas and more!
Party Hat Invite:
1) Use a scoring tool and score from the top of the blue print paper about 1 inch down. The concept is that the top paper will open at the fold. The invite information is on the white paper which is revealed when opened.
2) Use the GlueArts GGPRO to adhere the papers together just at the top above the fold to the white cardstock. You can add the decorative diagonal stripe paper before or after using the GGPRO.
3) Next add the various punches using the PRO, adding some with the U Cut It Foam to give height and dimension. Finish off with the felt ball. Use an Adhesive Square to adhere the ball and then adhere to hat.
5) Adhere punched border piece using the Glue Glider PRO across bottom of hat. Use Mini Adhesive Squares to adhere jewels for some sparkle!!

Party Gift Bag:

Party Hat for Tabletop (fun also for cupcakes and such)

This would be a fun way to decorate tables, or to add to a cake or cupcake…make them smaller and attach to toothpicks for a fun way to carry out the party theme. Also…since crepe paper is very budget friendly….pick up several spools and make large confetti fringe to hang around the party for a fun decoration! Be sure to let kids have fun helping make these as GlueArts Adhesives are definitely kid friendly!
