Materials needed:

Pattern
ScanNCut or cutting tools
12 x 12 cardstock
Photo
Scissors
Pen
Adhesive
Hole Punch
Ribbon, 36”

Instructions

Cut out the pattern from the cardstock using the ScanNCut or cutting tools (enlarge if necessary).
Fold the largest piece in half, fold the half with the hole in it, in half again. This is the back of the card and the right-hand flap. Tape the flap down in the top and bottom corner.
Fold the small, narrow rectangle in half to create the spine.
Adhere the spine to the front (large square) and back panels.
Punch a hole in the right and left side and thread with ribbon.
Decorate as desired with cut outs and a photo.
