2. Choose a border and trim to fit the bottom flap. |

3. Staple the border to the bottom flap. |

4. Fold the top flap over the bottom flap for hole
placement, and punch two holes |

5. Tie a ribbon through the holes and knot. |

6. Add die-cut pieces to embellish. |
