Cut out the square kaleidoscope leaving about 3/8” of extra transparency around the kaleidoscope.
Cut a 2-3/8” square opening in the dark (4” x 5.25”) cardstock using the craft knife and straight edge.
Use the square opening just cut as a template for the light (3.75” x 5”) cardstock, except make the square opening slightly larger, 2-5/8”.
Stamp saying below cut-out square on light (3.75” x 5”) cardstock. Emboss with clear embossing powder.
Use permanent adhesive to adhere light (smaller) cardstock on top of dark (larger) cardstock. Then adhere kaleidoscope printed on transparency to the back of the dark (larger) cardstock so that it is centered in the square “window”.
Fold white cardstock in half to form card base, then apply kaleidoscope window to front with foam adhesive. |
