Instructions
1.
Cut blue card stock 11 ¼” x 4 ¼”
2.
Use scoring tool down the middle of card so you can
fold card in half. Card dimensions are now 5-6/8” x 4 ¼”.
3.
Punch a border along the 11” edge of the white
card stock. Start the punch in the middle of the edge of the paper
and punch up to the top of the page. Go back to the middle and punch
down the length of the page. Each time you punch be sure to line
up the punched part of the paper with the design on the punch.
4.
Trim about 3-1/8”.
5.
Cut a piece of the decorative vellum slightly shorter
in length than the white card stock.
6.
Layer the card – the blue card is longest. Next,
the white border paper goes on top leaving some blue showing on
the right. The vellum is on top leaving some white and blue paper
showing.
7.
Mark on the vellum and white card stock where the
card folds. Place each piece on a paper trimmer and with a scoring
took, score a vertical line on both pieces of paper.
8.
Fold excess edge of vellum and white card stock around
the crease of the card and using a glue stick adhere the edges to
the back of the blue card
