Needed

Scraps of colored paper
Chalk
Heart hand punch
Circle hand punch
Q-tips
Acid-free adhesive
Instructions
1.
Trace and cut a fish pattern on a piece of yellow
scrap paper.
2.
Punch a heart from a piece of red scrap paper and
bubbles with the circle hand punch and blue paper.
3.
To add shape and depth to the pieces apply chalk along
the edges of each shape. Use Q-tips to help control the color.
4.
Glue the heart (lips) to the fish.
Using the ScrapHappy™ background paper, apply
photos, fish and bubbles to the paper with acid free adhesive. Use
one of the coordinating page headers to finish your page.
Note:
Here’s something else that is interesting about this particular
paper. It has a handy ¼” grid. You can make all kinds
of accents without time-consuming measuring. Just follow the lines
on the grid to make colorful borders, photo corners and simple designs.
