Remember to choose colors of paper and embellishments
that compliment your photographs. Colors chosen here reflect the
colors and theme of my photographs, but may not be the best color
choices for yours.
Instructions
1.
Apply adhesive to the back of each photograph then
place on orange paper. Trim the paper around the photograph with
the decorative scissors. Apply adhesive to the back of each matted
photograph then stick to a second color of paper. Use the paper
trimmer to trim around the edges. Cut two additional yellow rectangles
the same size as the matted photos.
2.
Cut the required letters and numbers from yellow paper.
Cut a second set using red or green paper, or alternate colors as
shown. Cut along one edge of the second set of letters with the
decorative scissors.
3.
Apply adhesive to the back of each letter, then place
a trimmed letter on top of each yellow letter. Place the letters
onto a strip of orange paper a little wider than the height of each
letter then cut the letters apart.
4.
Orange punched suns were used on this project in place
of the zeroes and the letter “O”. Embellish the centers
with a yellow circle and a swirl punched from either red or green
paper.
5.
Cut diamond shaped journaling blocks. Cut the second
one larger to mat the first. Apply adhesive to both pieces.
6.
Using the project photo as a guide, arrange then place
the title, matted photos and journaling blocks on the background
paper
