computer tip: How to create a scrapbook page with free floral pattern pages

Download the selected pattern. Then add text
to the page for journaling or headlines by using text boxes. Select “no
fill” so that the text looks like it’s printed directly on top
of the background, then make sure there is no line around the text box by
clicking on “no line”. |

In order to save printer ink, insert a white
text box where you’ll be placing photos and don’t want the background
paper to show through. Of course this means that you have to have an idea
of your page layout before you print. If you’re not so organized,
or not sure how you’re going to place your photos on a layout, then
just print the whole page with no white space. |
