From white cardstock, cut out 9.5” x 2” rectangle. Use printer to print picture and template on adhesive cotton and cut out. Apply cotton to cardstock wrapping edges around to back. Tip: use tabletop to help wrap edges.

Fold booklet in half. Make eyelet hole close to fold while booklet is closed. Then open booklet and add two eyelets to the holes made. Measure 2” in from both ends and fold ends toward middle to create flaps. Add one eyelet to each end.

String ribbon through holes leaving enough to tie when done.

Cut white cardstock in 2” x 8” strip and accordion fold at 2” intervals. Adhere one end to inside of booklet. Add any journaling, mementos or pictures to insert. Tie ribbon when done. Tip: can add booklet directly to page or slide it into an envelope.
