Needed
Note card, pink (or make your own from cardstock)
Cardstock – soft blue and hot pink
Crystalette Crystal Shimmer Designer Sheets – rainbow, pink and green
Kandi Corp Novelty Embellishment Pack
Kandi Kane Applicator Wand
Paper trimmer or scissors
Black pen
Hand written or computer-generated sentiment
Adhesive dot dispenser
Instructions
1.
Print (or computer-generate) sentiment on blue paper: trim to 2 ½” x 4 ¼”. Mount on to pink cardstock and trim edges.
2.
Cut a ¾” block of Shimmer Designer Sheet in pink, green and rainbow. Cut off thin strips, for candles. Peel off backing sheet and adhere to panel, beginning in the center and working outward in each direction.
3.
Draw small wicks above each candle with black pen.
4.
Position novelty embellishment (flames or stars) above each wick. Using the Kandi Kane Applicator Wand, and flat tip, secure the flames to the panel.
