Materials Needed
Bobbin Ribbon in vintage looking patterns
Background page
“Tooled Leather” page or other decorative floral paper
Newspaper print
Cardstock
Double stick tape
Glue
Scissors
Instructions
1.
Cut “tooled leather” paper along pattern to create decorative effect. Trim 1” off bottom edge.
2.
Photocopy newspaper column onto tea stained cardstock. Tear edges and tear into shapes.
3.
Cut strip of cardstock to 1 ¾” x 11”. Glue shape of newsprint onto cardstock, wrapping around to back side.
4.
Wrap Bobbin Ribbon lengths around strip of newsprint cardstock.
5.
Lay out page and decorate with ribbon.
