Some of the most fun
in scrapbooking can be had in starting and completing a small
project in one day! This “topless” album is just such
a project and the extra good news is, it’s also what I call
a “two-fer.” From one 6x6 post-bound album, you get
two mini-albums. Here’s how you do it:

Fiskars® Paper Trimmer
Fiskars® Scoring Blade
Fiskars® Wavy Paper Crimper
Fiskars® Circle Cutter
Fiskars® Circle Cutter Guide
Fiskars® Self-Healing Cutting Mat
Fiskars® Scissors
Fiskars® Pop-up Punch, 4-Leaf Clover
Fiskars® Paper Edgers- Deckle
Orange striped paper
White cardstock
Green cardstock
Orange cardstock
Black ink pad
3/8” ribbon- lime green with white
stitching
Small safety pin- green
Penny
Paper glue
Handwritten or computer generated sentiment
Instructions
1.
Using paper trimmer, cut white cardstock to 6 ½”
x 10”. Score and fold in half using scoring blade for 6 ½”
x 5” card.
2.
Cut green cardstock to 6 ½” x 12”
and run through Fiskars Paper Crimper. Cut to 2 ½”
x 6 ½”and ink edges with black ink pad. Glue to front
of card. Cut orange striped paper to 2 ½” x 6 ½”.
3.
Set Circle Cutter to 1”. Using Circle Cutter
Guide , cut circle from center of orange striped paper. Use cutting
mat to complete step. Ink edges of striped paper and glue to card
above green paper. Reserve punched circle.
4.
Cut ribbon to 6 ½” with scissors. Glue
to front of card between paper and cardstock.
5.
Punch clover from green cardstock scraps. Glue to
reserved punched orange striped circle. Ink edges. Attach to ribbon
on card with safety pin. Use paper glue to glue penny in punched
circle.
6.
Print sentiment on orange cardstock. Cut out with
Fiskars deckle edged paper edgers. Ink edges and attach to card
to complete.
