Materials Needed
GV40155 Repositionable Adhesive Vellum
Cardstock
Black Felt
Marker
Glue
Instructions
1.
Cut out two yellow circles from cardstock and apply to the front of the card.
2.
Cut out varying size strips of adhesive vellum and apply in layers to the front of the card. Trim the edges.
3.
Cut out circles from black felt and apply to the front of the card.
4.
Use a marker to add a mouth and eyebrows.
